Experienced in engine room operations, machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and major overhaul activities while supporting safe and efficient vessel operations.
Hands-on experience includes operation and maintenance of main and auxiliary machinery, pumps, compressors, purifiers, fuel and lubricating oil systems, bilge and ballast operations, engine room housekeeping, and safety inspections. Comfortable assisting with deck operations including mooring, vessel maintenance, painting, varnishing, pressure washing, and general upkeep when required.
Holder of STCW Basic Safety Training, Advanced Fire Fighting, Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats, Medical First Aid, Security Awareness Training, and Rating Forming Part of an Engineering Watch III/4 (750kW or more). Strong understanding of STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, and safe working practices gained through commercial vessel operations..

Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering graduate with academic training in marine propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, electrical systems, vessel operations, maintenance management, maritime safety, and environmental compliance. Combined theoretical knowledge with practical onboard experience through over 1 year of sea service as an Apprentice Engineer aboard a large RO-PAX passenger vessel. Strong foundation in engineering principles, shipboard operations, safety procedures, and teamwork within a professional maritime environment.
